How Do I Place An Order?

Place an order by clicking the shop link above, choose the product you would like to buy and add to cart. Go to checkout page and place your order.

How many days will take to ship the product?

From the date of placing order on our website, the product will be shipped in 7 to 10 days.

Damage during Shipping

In the Unlikely event that your products are damaged during shipping, please contact us via email at hastkrit2016@gmail.com with pictures of the damaged box or envelope showing shipping label and tracking number, the damaged products inside the box and the packing slip is mandatory to process any request regarding damages. We will need to receive this email within 24 hours of you receiving the product. Once we receive the email, we will take a look at the pictures to ascertain if the damage was caused during shipping and revert back to you.

Refund Policy

All products are handmade and we strive to give you a 100% satisfaction when buying our products. But in the event of any damage to the product during shipping, we do not offer refund but we will replace the product within 20 days from receiving the request via email after ascertaining if the damage is due to shipping or manufacturing.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before the product has been shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

We firmly believe that the personal information of our customers should not be shared with anyone without their prior consent.

The personal information that Hastkrit collects includes (but is not limited to) name, address, contact details and, where relevant, financial information, including bank details.
